At how2educate, Kathy Howe is dedicated to keeping agents informed about changes in statutes, rules, and the standard of care. We keep you updated on changes in the laws, informing licensees of both national and state issues affecting real estate, and helping to direct licensees to answers so they can better help their clients.
Our Story
how2educate began with Kathy Howe teaching Fair Housing in the '90s, followed by writing the train-the-trainer course for environmental issues for the Arizona Department of Real Estate. Her experience includes teaching Graduate Realtor Institute courses, real estate law at Yavapai College, and rewriting the Arizona Real Estate Principles for Kaplan/Dearborn. We bring well-researched knowledge to Arizona licensees.
